Double Splice Tape

Double Splice Tape is an upgraded SMT splicing consumable designed for high-frequency material replacement and high-speed mass production. Different from ordinary single splice tape, it adopts a double-sided bonding and double-track reinforcement structure, which is specially used for high-precision and high-speed SMT production lines. It is widely applied in automotive electronics, medical electronics, industrial control and server PCB manufacturing, and perfectly compatible with all new and old SMT mounters and feeders of FUJI, Yamaha, JUKI, Panasonic and Samsung.

With a symmetrical double-layer bonding design, the double splice tape bears force evenly on both sides, completely solving common defects of single splice tape such as material deviation, uneven force and edge warping. Made of high-strength anti-static PET material with excellent toughness and flatness, the tape is not easy to stretch or deform. Equipped with high-temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides, it features stable adhesion and no glue falling or displacement during long-term high-speed operation, greatly improving the firmness and flatness of spliced carrier tapes.

It supports double-sided synchronous splicing to reinforce both edges of carrier tapes, making the splicing position consistent with the original tape in flatness and hardness. It effectively avoids feeder jamming, component jumping and material loss during high-speed mounting. With higher fault tolerance and stability than single splice tape, it is especially suitable for ultra-fine components like 01005, 0201 and ultra-thin easily deformed carrier tapes, reducing production loss and defective rate of precision parts.

Equipped with professional ESD anti-static technology, the tape can stably release static electricity and protect static-sensitive components such as ICs and BGAs, fully complying with IATF16949 quality standards. It covers all mainstream sizes including 8mm, 12mm, 16mm and 24mm, with strong universal compatibility.
