Chairman, Mr. Huang Wenqiang of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang led the establishment of the China Chapter of the IPC Design Council in 2009 and served as the first chairman. Mr. Huang’s re-election reflects the high recognition of his colleagues in the Electronic Design Council for his profound professional background and willingness to contribute to the development of the industry. Mr. Huang has been focusing on the field of PCB design for 14 years, and has made outstanding achievements in digital-analog hybrid, EMC, miniaturization, high-speed and high-complexity product single-board PCB design, DFM, signal integrity analysis, PCB design platform optimization and design specifications. , is an expert in PCB design technology and board-level interconnection technology. He passed IPC CID and CID+ certification as early as 2006.

Vice Chairman, Mr. Wu Jun, Technical Director of Shenzhen Yibo Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu has focused on high-speed PCB design and simulation for more than 16 years. He wrote and published the Red Book of PCB Design “Cadence Printed Circuit Design-Allegro PCB Editor Design Guide” and served as a planner, designer and judge in the IPC China PCB Design Competition. Work.

Mr. Huang Zhihong, training service specialist and director of the Quality Assurance Department of Jinglu Electronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., serves on the CPCA Standards Committee and IPC Standards Technical Committee, and serves as chairman of the IPC-4553/4554/4456 technical group. He is a member of the French Standards Association 6sigma Green Belt, IPC-A-610 CIT.
